“We chose to start the autumn and winter events with a rich proposal, not only from an artistic and cultural perspective but also socially,” says the artistic direction of I.So Teatro. The dance and music series in November and December, in collaboration with renowned dance companies, will tackle bullying, integration, and gender equality in an original and engaging way through body movement and multimedia suggestions. For this reason, we chose a very affordable price and focus on the participation of young people, families, and teachers. For the theater season, the varied selection allows us to satisfy different audiences, with a clear preference for entertaining texts that bring a bit of lightness to these challenging times, without sacrificing reflection on deeply human and social issues. We chose quality productions, directors, and performers: we believe in this project and look forward to welcoming the audience with open arms in our municipal theater!”

Mayor Dacquino adds,”We learned with joy about this new proposal from the managers of Teatro Gassman: the dance series on the themes of bullying and gender equality speaks to us, in a new language, of inclusion and welcome, respect for the person, and equality, and our Administration fully shares the values underlying this initiative, for which we congratulate ourselves. The winter theater season that will accompany us until April is extremely varied and interesting, offering our citizens and guests the opportunity to experience the emotion of one or more evenings at the theater, an occasion for entertainment but also a meeting for the extended community. In Borgio Verezzi, as we know, the theater lives all year in various forms, and the Gassman represents an irreplaceable reference point, capable of hosting not only the billboards and artistic events proposed by the direction of I.So Teatro but also many artistic, cultural, school, training, and social initiatives organized throughout the year by the Municipality, Schools, local Associations, and Institutions… If we can create and experience these events of meeting and community growth today, we owe it to the presence of this privileged space, the Municipal Theater, which we must not take for granted and which, to continue living, needs support, visibility, appreciation: for this reason, I invite everyone to participate in public and private events at the Gassman, and to purchase tickets or subscriptions for the scheduled shows. Let’s give our Theater the opportunity to continue living all year round: We look forward to seeing you at the Gassman, in Borgio Verezzi.”
