\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Protected Marine Area of Bergeggi was established in 2007 and includes both the waters surrounding the island and the stretch of sea up to the coast at Punta del Maiolo and Punta Predani. Located in front of the municipality of the same name, the island is covered in Mediterranean scrub and is characterised by its biodiversity, from the variety of natural scenery to its variety of animal and plant species. You cannot visit the island, but you are permitted to snorkel, dive and enjoy water activities\nsuch as canoeing and SUP.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Beigua Regional Natural Park is the largest protected area in Liguria. Geologically, it is an extremely important place for our region with fossils and mineralisations to be found there, and since 2005 it has been part of the international network as a European and World Geopark. Since November 2015, it has been recognised as a UNESCO site, and also listed as a Global Geopark - UNESCO Global Geoparks. It extends between the municipalities of Arenzano, Campo Ligure, Cogoleto,\nGenoa, Masone, Rossiglione, Sassello, Stella, Tiglieto and Varazze. It is in effect a rocky balcony overlooking the sea, and a place not to be missed as it has amazing biodiversity.\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tWithin the Adelasia Regional Nature Reserve, you can to follow four different types of marked trail to discover all the most beautiful places. Rich in forests, specifically beech forests but there are also chestnut, fir, pine and oak trees. \n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Alta Via dei Monti Liguri stretches for kilometre after kilometre of paths, connecting Liguria from east to west, from Ventimiglia to La Spezia,\neach with a different characteristic. And the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri is approximately 400 km long used for travelling centuries ago, before cars and bicycles.
