The Tourist Card Bus is a digital ticket, so you will need a mobile device to activate it.
To activate the MASTER card, you need to download the “La Mia Liguria” app, scan the QR code provided by your accommodation provider and follow the steps indicated for registration and activation.
The host accommodation provider will display the QR code directly from their own mobile device: you must not take a screenshot, print or send the QR code provided by the accommodation provider in any way.
The app supporting the card is “La mia Liguria”.
1. Activating the Tourist Card Master
Download the “La Mia Liguria” app, scan the QR code provided by your accommodation and follow the instructions.
This will allow you to activate the Tourist Card Master, which will have its own personal QR code.
2. Sharing with family members
If you are travelling with family (up to 4 people), you can share your Master Card QR code or activation code via the app. This will generate Guest Cards (also called “slave cards”) for them.

4. Travelling without Guest Cards
If your family always travels with you, there is no need to activate Guest Cards. One active Master Card is enough for the whole group to travel together.
Once activated, the Tourist Card Bus is valid for 7 consecutive days.
Once it has expired, you must contact your accommodation provider to arrange a renewal if you are staying for longer than 7 days.

Please note: the card can only be activated in accommodations located within municipalities that are part of the Ligurian Riviera.
