On the hill of Ranzi, nestled between the blue of the sea and the tranquillity of nature, lies a small farm. Here, a centuries-old olive grove and around a hundred Taggiasca olive trees blend harmoniously with a refined apiary housing twenty colonies of Ligustica bees.
The apiary’s activities have influenced the choice of surrounding crops: vast fields of plants such as lavender and citrus trees provide nectar-rich flowers, which are essential for beekeeping, producing a honey with a myriad of aromatic nuances.
