Toirano

The structure of thehistorical centre is typically medieval, including the central street from which narrow alleyways branch off. In the main street of the village, you can admire the typical Ligurian houses and characteristic old shops.
In the old area, you can see traces of defensive walls and towers, as well as medieval houses and loggias. The 14th century three-arched square stone bridge that crosses the Varatella is also very impressive.

The Orange Flag has been awarded to the town by the Italian Touring Club reflecting its high standards of service and hospitality.
